Policy Period
You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or return. After this period, we can no longer offer a full refund or product exchange.
Conditions for Returns
If you want to return, the product must be unused and it should be in its original condition with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return. Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Exchanges

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping of Returns

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
This may vary depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you. We consider purchasing shipping insurance if you are returning an expensive item. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
